How I can help you
For over 25 years, I have pursued my passion for helping clients to achieve their financial goals. I appreciate that buying a home can be daunting and that many are not sure what is involved or even how to get started. My role in your home purchase is to guide you through the procedures and to ensure you have the appropriate mortgage advice you need now and in the future.
I will manage your mortgage for the life of the loan – this means that whenever interest rates come up for renewal, I will renegotiate on your behalf with the bank to ensure you receive the best deal available in the current market.
For first home buyers, I will provide advice on how you can use your KiwiSaver funds to get you started and which lenders will support you.
With my extensive business banking background, I can help businesses achieve growth aspirations and ultimately business goals - this may include arranging working capital, equipment finance and business property ownership solutions.
So as you can see, no loan is too small, too big, or too complicated.
As a Papamoa resident and a mother of two, I am excited to assist you, your family, or your business realise your potential and together see our community grow.
My Finance Industry experience
I have worked in the banking and finance industry for over 25 years, with the most recent 11 years as a Business Banking Manager for The National Bank and ANZ. As a result, my knowledge is extensive, with a strong understanding of the industry and what is available and suitable for my clients whether, self-employed or salaried.
I am extremely privileged to have been given the opportunity to join Mortgage Link, enabling me to set up my own dedicated branch in June 2016. As a Registered Financial Adviser, I am able to offer you a wider range of finance products and options than you could expect to receive independently. I look forward to helping you soon. And a bit about me
I am happily married to Mike, am Mum to Sinead and Kaleb, and step-mum to Blake and Marc. Family life is important and we share many hobbies together including fishing, hunting (reading a book in a bush hut while the boys go hunting) and shopping (while the boys drink coffee). Kiwis born and bred, we share the love of our beautiful country and enjoy exploring hidden treasures near and far. An avid puzzler and board game player, I like to relax with lots of laughter around me. And I enjoy developing good working relationships with my clients – with laughter thrown in.
See you soon!
